Previous incidents

Due to a database reboot, application (Dashboard, Widget delivery, feedback submission) was down for about 20 seconds. There was no data loss and we expect no further interruptions related to this.

As expected, the tasks are no longer delayed.

The situation has returned to normal. We are monitoring the situation.

Due to database version upgrade, the database had to be rebooted with a failover. This has caused downtime of our dashboard and background task, as well as unreliable widget delivery, for about 30s.

The fix has been rolled out, all operations are back to normal. We are monitoring the situation.
